Good news, everyone.
It looks like Comcast has fixed the internet for right now. So in a few minutes Laura will be posting an update.
News: We have our house now! Settlement went fine yesterday and today we started work!
We spent most of the day stripping wall paper off the ceiling of the living room (pictures later). The Gibb parents came down to enjoy the massive thunderstorms that came through this afternoon.
